Cannot recommend enough. I ordered my Thai during their Black Friday deal to be shipped to the PNW. Great deal and came with the white ceramic pot and saucer! When it finally came, my plant was damaged during shipment. The packaging was already impeccable with tough cardboard stands/corners, bubble wrap, batting, tape, and packing peanuts. Though not by the fault of The Plant Stand at all, I inquired if they could help. They sent me another plant within the week, but the second one just did not survive the trip, though the packaging was even better than the first time! I sent them another message with photos to let them know, and not wanting to kill another plant, I offered to take a refund… which they refused. Instead, they sent me a THIRD plant with amazing variation, and again, even MORE care than you’d think possible when packing my third plant. My plant is thriving. The customer service David, Veronica, and staff was above and beyond.

The plants were beautiful. They weren’t potted well though. I purchased two and the soil was very compacted on both, and on one the roots were out and it was falling over. I had to repot them both.

This plant is an absolute beast! She is so beloved and puts out a new leaf about every 3 weeks. Such a quick grower! I got her as a two inch prop, and am getting ready to pot her into an 8 inch now, only 6 months later! The first photo is from April ‘23, and the second photo is from October ‘23. I always have the best experience with your plants and warehouse and can’t wait to come back for more.

This little Thai arrived very healthy and great variegation. She is very “springy” and bursting with new growth.
We cannot praise the amazing packaging enough. The leaves and stems were surrounded with fiber filler, then it was wrapped in a thick paper and then rolled in bubble wrap. Then it was enforced with cardboard before it was put into its packing box which was filled with packing peanuts.
We are already debating if we want to order another. Cannot recommend enough!!

I love this Thai! It is by far my favorite plant. It’s absolutely beautiful. I switched it from soil to leca 2 days after I got it and it is thriving. I received it June 14th and it’s already showing new growth. Fast shipping and great prices :) I’m very happy!

I was so happy with the first one I got I ended up getting a second. The first one only had one leaf that browned a little on the yellow part so I cut it out and it looks funny but it’s fine. They grow so amazing. When I had a question I sent a message on IG and I had a response in about 20 minutes and it was so helpful. I plan on buying a third one for my office.

I love this baby thai she is growing super fast the roots look amazing it is a very healthy plant I got her in March the picture I took is from today ❤️ ♥️ . I keep her under a regular lamp light nothing fancy and I covered her with a large flower vase and it seems to really like that :] 10/10 highly recommend.

I absolutely adore my new Thai constellations! I ordered two of them! Shipping was reasonable and my babies arrived quickly and safely!
