Local Pickup Policy and Weekend Order Protocol

Cancellations-

 If you are looking to cancel your order we do require cancellations to be requested within 24 hours of your original order time. After 24 hours it will become case by case and will need to be evaluated. Orders that are not picked up within 7 days of purchase will be cancelled and refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee

 

Local Pick-Up Policy –

 

We ask that customers pick up within 48 hours of receiving their "Ready for Pick-Up" email. Orders left for longer than 7 business days will be cancelled and refunded. These are live plants and unfortunately due to the volume of our business we are not able to guarantee any care after the plant has been purchased.

 

We understand that things come up and you may not get to pick up your new plants right away, all we ask is for you to let us know.

 

Weekend Orders and Notification Policy - 

If an order is placed on Friday past 4:30pm MST or during the duration of the weekend, your order will not be fulfilled or shipped until the following Monday. Weekends are the busiest time of week for us and we are not able to send order update notifications until Monday morning.
