If you are looking to cancel your order we do require cancellations to be requested within 24 hours of your original order time. After 24 hours it will become case by case and will need to be evaluated.
What to do if your plant comes damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition please contact us within 48 hours of delivery email@example.com. Customer must be able to provide proof of the issue at hand (either through photo or video) so our team is able to figure out what went wrong. We ask that you do not make any changes to the plant such as trimming or repotting to limit any other stress. Plant stress is quite common after transit, it is usual to see a yellowing leaf or a broken one. Soil spillage is also extremely common. We are not liable for any damage or delays or stolen packages caused by the shipping provider, once it leaves our hands we unfortunately cannot control what happens. Failure to contact us within the 48-hour window of confirmed delivery, provide proof of the issue or alter the plant may void refund/replacement opportunity.

Summer/ Winter Shipping Policy

Bring your packages inside immediately when experiencing any extreme weather
In winter we recommend adding a heat-pack if daily low temperatures are below 60 degrees, please add in your notes if its requested. Additionally, if you’re experiencing 30 to negative degree temperatures we suggest holding off on your purchase until it warms up. At the end of the day these are live tropical plants that don’t love icy weather and heat packs only help so much.
IT IS NOT ADVISED TO SHIP LIVE TROPICAL PLANTS IN BELOW FREEZING OR ABOVE 100 DEGREE TEMPERATURES.
