Here are some tips for caring for a Caladium lindenii, also known as a Xanthosoma lindenii:
    • Light
      Caladium lindenii prefers bright, indirect light and should be protected from direct sunlight, which can scorch its leaves. Place it in a northern or eastern-facing window if grown indoors.
    • Water
      Water the plant when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch. Ensure good drainage to prevent overwatering.
    • Humidity
      Caladium lindenii prefers high humidity, which can be maintained through misting or using a humidity tray.
  • Temperature
    Caladium lindenii prefers temperatures between 18-32°C. It is not frost-hardy and is sensitive to cold drafts, so avoid placing it near air conditioning vents, drafty windows, or exterior doors in winter.
  • Fertilizer
    Fertilize every 4-6 weeks during the growing season with a diluted liquid fertilizer or sprinkle a solid fertilizer on top of the soil.
