🌿 Light:
Prefers bright, indirect light. Too much sun can fade or burn the foliage, while too little can dull its color and slow growth.

💧 Watering:
Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil are dry. It likes moisture but not soggy soil—think damp sponge, not wet towel. In winter, reduce frequency.

💨 Humidity & Temperature:
Loves high humidity (70–90%). A grow cabinet, humidifier, or daily misting helps. Keep temps between 65–80°F and avoid cold drafts.

🌱 Soil:
Needs a chunky, well-aerated mix that drains fast but retains some moisture.

• FoxFarm Happy Frog: A great base, but add orchid bark, perlite, or pumice to give it the chunkiness it needs.

• Tank’s Green Stuff: Also suitable, just amend it for drainage and airflow.

• FoxFarm Ocean Forest: Provides a great base with nutrients included. Can be amended with perlite and orchid bark but is ready-for-use out the bag.

Ideal mix: 1 part Happy Frog, 1 part orchid bark, 1 part perlite, and a handful of sphagnum moss for moisture retention.

🍽️ Fertilizer:
Feed every 4–6 weeks in growing season with a calcium- and magnesium-rich fertilizer (like aroids love). Dilute to half strength.

🪴 Extra Tips:
Clean the leaves gently to keep them glossy. Don’t repot too often—it likes to be slightly snug. If humidity is high and light is good, you'll get those deep red hues and striking veining that make it a collector favorite.
