Light Requirements
Give your plant lots of bright, indirect natural light or place it under an LED grow light.
Avoid harsh direct sun, which easily scorches and turns the delicate white patches brown.
Low light causes the plant to lose its variegation or revert to solid green to compensate.
Watering and Soil
Water thoroughly only when the top 1 to 2 inches of soil are completely dry.
Never let it sit in soggy water, as white Monsteras are extremely prone to root rot.
Use a chunky aroid mix made of equal parts potting soil, orchid bark, perlite, and coconut coir to maximize oxygen to the roots.
Environment and Support
Maintain indoor temperatures between 65°F and 80°F (18°C–27°C) and protect the plant from cold drafts.
Keep humidity levels above 50–60% using a small humidifier or pebble tray to stop the white edges from crisping.
Provide a moss pole or trellis so the plant can climb upward, which encourages larger, deeply split leaves.
