Light and Temperature
  • Bright indirect light: Keeps the white, green, and golden marbling crisp.
  • Medium light: Tolerated well, though the bright leaf colors may soften. Avoid harsh direct sun which can burn the leaves.
  • Room warmth: Best kept in normal indoor temperatures between 60°F and 80°F.

  • Top inch rule: Water thoroughly only when the top 1 to 2 inches of soil feel dry.
  • Prevent root rot: Never let the pot sit in standing water or soggy soil.
  • Potting mix: Use a loose, fast-draining indoor potting soil.
